GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.I am strictly a SFW artist.My work may not be used for any AI purposes and/or NFTs.You, the client, are purchasing my services as an artist.

_II.
PAYMENT & FEES

I only accept USD via Paypal. I will initiate the transaction via Invoice.You must deposit 50% of the price upfront before I begin.After the Sketch is approved, you must deposit the final 50% of the price for me to continue working on your commission.I will only refund the full paid amount if I have not begun Sketching. Once a Sketch has been approved, I will only refund you up to a maximum of 50%.No refunds are permitted once the final product has been approved.We may discuss a payment plan for orders over $100.

PROCESS & SCHEDULE

Work, college, and church obligations take priority over commissions I receive. It may take anywhere between a week to 3 months to complete one commission.I will notify you of any delays.I will periodically send WIPs via e-mail. These will be low-res, watermarked images.If I can no longer complete your commission, I will offer a partial refund depending on the amount of work that has been done.No physical product will be delivered. You are purchasing a digital product.

REVISIONS

One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the Sketch phase.Limited revisions are permitted in the Rendering phase.Excessive revisions will incur additional fees.Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.Fees are waived for revisions due to a mistake on my part.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

I retain all rights over any commissioned works.You retain the rights to your characters depicted in these works.I reserve the right to post commissioned works on social media.My work is intended strictly for personal use, unless you purchase commercial rights.You must credit me when sharing or using the commissioned work.For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 200% the original price. Image credits must still go to me.

YOU MAY:Print the work for personal use.Crop and/or resize the image.Use it as a reference.Post the artwork with credit back to me.YOU MAY NOT:Claim the artwork as yours.Trace the image.Paint over or alter the image in ways not covered under the allowed uses.Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing rights from me.
